Karissa, an 18-year-old girl from a small farm in Idaho, receives an invitation to Thailand from mega-influencer Jack Mayer for a chance at a lucrative sponsorship. She quickly meets other influencers and enters a contest to win a $500,000 sponsorship from Vrap Vodka. Emboldened by the chance to save her family farm, Carissa pushes herself to get more followers by posting more daring photos on the beach and in clubs. But her success is threatened when she and the others are kidnapped as part of a larger conspiracy they never expected.
