He’s capable. He’s sweet. He’s Dexter Morgan, America’s favorite serial killer who spends his days solving crimes and his nights committing them. In season 8, Angel Batista wasn’t always played by David Zayas. His son David Zayas Jr. fills in for his father in some of the shots, as they look strikingly similar… Seen in the first season, Dexter has a large scar on his left side. Later, in the second season, the scar moved to the right side, leaving the left side intact… Dexter Morgan: I lived in the dark for a long time. Over the years, my eyes got used to it until the darkness became my world and I couldn’t see.. Shown at the 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards (2007). Main Theme Written by: Rolf Kent Performed by: Rolf Kent. Despite the number of seasons, no one will feel bored or disconnected. An impressive and exceptional series.
