I don’t get all the negative in the reviews, yes, its pace is not in Bourne territory, but it is suspenseful, fabulous and keeps your attention. Fassbender is excellent again, and unlike most spy dramas, it’s actually quite believable. I hadn’t seen the French original before this, so forgive me if I don’t provide a comparison, but it would be a shame if there was any negative comparison.
Please don’t let any negativity deter you from watching, it’s worth your time
Perhaps the problems with the pacing are caused by the culture of excessive viewing, perhaps it is slow if you want to watch several episodes in one sitting, but I honestly do not see any problem.
